This was a truly a magical painting to paint. The subject matter grabbed my heart. The lady in the sleigh is my sister's previous neighbor. Molly is the horse, and the dog.... I should remember his name but I don't. Anyway, this painting ended up purchased by this same lady. It just feels right and warm in my heart. Love the connection art has in the world.
