The Road to the Meadow

Oil done in plein air on Madeline Island on the back property of Madeline Island School of Art during a Mark Boedges workshop. Painted alongside my artist sister( well she was standing next to the pond in the weeds) LuAnn Widergren and I sat behind Paul Bergquist. Which I teased I was copying him. Not really but we ended up in the same spot a few times. What an awesome week I had painting. This was thee first days, or the second.
